In the event or Organization, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Publication – No refund once advt. is published either in print or over social media.
For Exhibition – 50% refund to be made of the advance payment received against booth, prior to 3 months of the exhibition.
Cancellations within the 3 months period will be charged a 100% cancellation fee that means no refund shall be made out of stall value.
