- You understand that there is a non-refundable Incense Media registration charge that allows your participation in this marketplace.
- Incense Media Registration Charges holds valid for active events, in case you do not attend the eventthen registration will become invalid.
- You agree to top up your electronic wallet setup in Incense Media's app with the amount predefined for booked services, before the commencement of services.
- You allow Incense Media to cause the transfer to happen from your aforesaid wallet to the Agency’s account when services are completed.
- You understand that, to the extent possible, Incense Media will facilitate finding an agency that best suits your requirement but it does not guarantee that no crimes will happen. You do understand that we will do our best to prevent any kind of crimes after you hire us.
- You understand that for the protection services you are liable to pay taxes as applicable.
- If you cancel out of the service opted before the service has started the amount will be refunded in 7 working days.
- You understand that events needs to be treated with respect and environment conducive to working with focus should be maintained.
- You understand that the final decision to choose a particular service provider for you is yours and yours alone. You explicitly agree to indemnify Incense Media from any harm that may be caused by any advertent or inadvertent actions of the agency or professional working for you.
